Batman Unmasked- The Psychology of the Dark Knight (Documentary)
People often dismiss superheros as being childish because of their comic book nature but what they don’t realize is the ideas and concepts that they essentially embody.There is a psychological and historical aspect to superheros that many people miss. They are icons for beliefs and struggles that everyone experiences and it’s what makes them so appealing and ultimately draws us to them; whether we realize it or not.
This documentary portrays my all time favorite hero, the Batman, and explains what he stands for and the psychology behind the mask.
